🎤 What do you do?

I engage with businesses in the UAE to understand their unique challenges and offer tailored financial solutions—in the form of payroll cards—that helps them to process salaries for their employees on time, and through WPS. This allows businesses to financially empower their workforce, especially in case of blue-collar employees and make them a part of the financial system.

🎤 What’s one of your biggest challenges at work?

One of my biggest challenges at work has been navigating the intricacies of providing payroll cards for the blue-collar workforce effectively. However, I’ve embraced this challenge as an opportunity to innovate and make a real difference in the lives of our clients. By approaching it with a positive mindset and leveraging my expertise in fintech sales, I’ve been able to identify creative solutions that not only meet the unique needs of our clients, but also exceed their expectations. It’s incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact our payroll card solutions have on individuals’ financial well-being, and overcoming this challenge has only strengthened my commitment to delivering value and driving positive change in our community.

🎤 What part of your work makes you smile?

Not everyone in the UAE is able to get a bank account or access to essential financial services. So the one aspect that brings a smile to my face is just having the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the blue-collar workforce that I serve. Knowing that the payroll cards we provide, offer them a convenient and accessible way to manage their finances – this is incredibly gratifying!

Furthermore, building relationships with clients and witnessing their gratitude for your assistance, also brings a smile to my face as it reinforces the value of the work I do.

🎤 How is your team contributing to financial inclusion for the unbanked sector in the UAE?

In a nutshell, our sales team provides payroll cards for the blue-collar workforce. We are committed to driving positive change and fostering financial inclusion for the unbanked sector in the UAE through our innovative payroll card solutions for businesses.

We actively contribute to financial inclusion for the unbanked sector by prioritizing Accessibility, Empowerment, Inclusivity, and Collaboration, as part of our dedicated efforts to support the financial well-being of the UAE’s workforce.

🎤 What’s your mother tongue? Which (all) languages do you speak?

English is my mother tongue. I also speak Hindi, Urdu, and Marathi.

🎤 What’s your one favourite thing about the UAE?

One of my favorite aspects is the UAE government and its forward-thinking approach to governance and innovation. They have demonstrated a remarkable commitment to embracing technological advancements and implementing progressive policies to enhance the quality of life for its residents, while also promoting sustainable development. The government continuously strives to foster innovation, diversify the economy, and create opportunities for growth and prosperity. This proactive stance towards shaping a brighter future for its citizens and residents is truly commendable and sets a positive example for governments worldwide.
