🎤 What do you do?
I’m the data lead for Edenred UAE, my focus is on ensuring that data plays a central role in our decision-making process and help us gain the best possible understanding of our customers.
🎤 What’s one of your biggest challenges at work?
One of the biggest challenges is to make sure we prioritize the most critical data projects in alignment with our company strategy, while staying agile and responsive for day-to-day tasks around data in a rapidly evolving industry.
🎤 What part of your work makes you smile?
When we gain fresh insights about our champions, or we unlock a new understanding about them. Even when we reach exciting milestones related with our data journey within our organization; such ‘aha’ moments make it all worthwhile.
🎤 How is your team contributing to financial inclusion for the unbanked sector in the UAE?
We are harnessing the power of data to design and refine financial products and services tailored to their needs. When we understand their behaviour and preferences, we are able to make banking more accessible and user-friendly. We want everyone to have a seat at the financial table.

Our Data Island for sure—as a team we spend time on brainstorming, working, talking about different things..

Spanish is my mother tongue. I speak English and Spanish.
