🎤 What do you do?
➡️ I’m in the B2C Customer Support team at Edenred UAE. I assist our Champions when they reach out to us through our Whatsapp Support channel on a range of queries or doubts they might have.
🎤 What’s one of your biggest challenges at work?
➡️ Communication is usually a big barrier for the role that I am in. When our customers contact us for an issue caused by external factors that are out of our control, such as remittances pending for clearance – to make them understand these factors can sometimes be challenging, especially when their digital or financial literacy rate is not very high.
🎤 What part of your work makes you smile?
➡️ Seeing our champions stare and be mesmerized by the view of the World Islands and seeing Dubai from our office reception on the 43rd floor, when they come to solve their queries. It makes me smile every single time! 🙂
🎤 How is your team contributing to financial inclusion for the unbanked sector in the UAE?
➡️ My team and I educate our champions to navigate easily through the C3Pay application and all its services such as international and local money transfers, mobile recharges, subscribing to the Unemployment insurance, etc and first-hand watch their transition into digital banking, thereby facilitating financial inclusion.

➡️ I speak English, Hindi, Urdu, and Malayalam. My mother tongue is Malayalam since I’m from Kerala (India).
🎤 Who’s your favorite superhero, and why?
➡️ Batman – as his humanity and strategic brilliance shows that intellect and determination can triumph over any challenge. 💪🏼
🎤 What/where was your first job?
➡️ I previously worked as a Customer Support agent at FedEx.

➡️ Modern Family.

➡️ A north-to-south road trip of India! 🚗
