🎤 What do you do?
➡️ I oversee the accounts payables, perform bank reconciliations and handle our clients’ corporate payroll accounts.
🎤 What’s one of your biggest challenges at work?
➡️ One of the biggest challenges is ensuring compliance with ever-changing regulations. I believe that effective communication and personalized support helps to mitigate potential conflict. Managing and protecting sensitive information is always critical concern.
🎤 What part of your work makes you smile?
➡️ The most rewarding aspect of my work is ensuring that employees receive their salaries accurately and on time. A big part of what we do, is helping corporates to streamline their payroll process which leads to greater efficiency and satisfaction for both employers as well as their employees. This positive outcome always brings a sense of accomplishment.
🎤 How is your team contributing to financial inclusion for the unbanked sector in the UAE?
➡️ We are committed to helping companies by managing their funds and quickly releasing salaries for their hardworking people. Being a part of the finance team allows me to see this and work with this crucial aspect very closely. We make sure to enhance the process of salary disbursements in a timely manner.
