What happened:
TapTapSend has informed us that some transactions made using C3Pay cards did not go through successfully. They are working on fixing a transfer issue and your money is currently being processed by their payment partner for a refund.
What this means for you:
If your transfer was affected, you will receive a refund automatically. There’s no need to take any action. Your C3Pay card is working normally and remains completely secure.
No. Refunds will be processed automatically. We are working with TapTapSend to make sure every affected user gets their refund back to their C3Pay card as quickly as possible.
2. When will I get my money back?
Refunds are expected within 30 days from your transaction date.

We are investigating this with TapTapSend and their payment partners to understand what caused this issue.

5. Can I still use my C3Pay card or send money through other channels?
Yes. Your card is active and you can use the C3Pay app or other trusted money transfer channels to send money home.
